Lazy Sunday- Another Easy Dinner

I haven't posted a Lazy Sunday recipe in a few weeks but I actually tried this one last night and not only was it easy but it was a winner. You know how I love the crock pot. I just made this with some cole slaw and baked sweet potato fries and as my hubby put it, "Why go out to dinner?" That was before I put him on dish duty.

Pulled Pork Sandwiches
- 2 lb pork tenderloin
- 1 bottle beer or root beer
- 1/2 onion thinly sliced
- 1 bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce

1. Trim fat off pork
2. Place pork tenderloin, beer or root beer, and onions in slow cooker
3. Cook on low heat for 6 or 7 hours until pork shreds easily
4. Drain liquid from pot
5. Shred pork and add BBQ sauce
6. Serve with buns or rolls
