I had my 2nd when I was 40. It's exhausting and I do get pretty tired. I think having 1 that's a little more independent makes it easier but do what you feel is best. Every pregnancy is different, every baby is different but we all make it through :)Debbiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09341215971679766758noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3488643750150089437.post-10751430079378340302011-01-11T20:27:51.456-08:002011-01-11T20:27:51.456-08:00Hayden and Zoe are 3.5 yrs apart and that was nice...Hayden and Zoe are 3.5 yrs apart and that was nice, but Hayden doesn't live with us full time. When this one is born Zoe will be just over 3 - I'll keep you posted on that result. But, as a working mom, I *can not* imagine having them closer together. I need Zoe to have the independence she does now to make it work. Futher details to come in June....Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09550691633093953254noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3488643750150089437.post-30240881675136306262011-01-11T20:18:46.152-08:002011-01-11T20:18:46.152-08:00My good friend's daughter & son are 18 mon...My good friend's daughter & son are 18 months apart and she will be the first to tell you ... WAIT longer than that! LOL. SHe said it is very difficult, and I see how hard it is for her. I feel maybe she should have waited longer. But with that said, everyone has their own story to tell and I am sure you will hear a different answer from every mom you ask. As for the age... no worries. I was 39 when I had my first. You just go for more ultrasounds and the dr is a little more cautious with things - but other than that, you will be fine no matter what decision you make :)Skye https://www.blogger.com/profile/05663879992702576347noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3488643750150089437.post-65989885538193362692011-01-11T19:44:36.283-08:002011-01-11T19:44:36.283-08:00I have a cousin with 4. her first 3 have 2 years ...I have a cousin with 4. her first 3 have 2 years in between and the last is 3 years. she prefers the 3 years. I would like our third to be a little closer in age to our youngest, but we'll see!
